May! Mother's Day and Tasting Events
Happy Spring 2021 y'all,
This year is flying by.
May 1st kicks off the TD Saturday Market on Main Street in Downtown Greenville. We are so very fortunate to have been chosen again to participate. We will be there May 1, 8, 15, 22 and June 5, 12, 19, 26. We will return in September. The Farmer's Market is such a great way to go out and support your local farmers and makers. Please show up and support them. They are counting on you.
Monday May 3rd is our Bubbles and Bon Bons tasting at 6:30. Lauren Baisley with McCarus Wine will be joining me with her excellent champagnes and sparkling wines. Here is the link:

Wednesday May 5th, Cinco de Mayo, we will have margarita specials, tequila flights, guacamole, and chips and salsa...yeah yeah, I know I am a chocolate bar, but I make a mighty fine margarita.
Please keep in mind that we are not open on Sundays, so plan to shop for or celebrate with Mom on the 6th, 7th, or 8th!
We are also kicking off a feature wine of the month in May. We decided to feature Lorenza Rose because they are a Mother/Daughter team in California. The wine is beautiful. It is a blend of 40% Mourvedre, 28% Carignan, 16% Grenache, 16% Cinsault. Our regular retail price on it is $21.00. In May we will be selling it for $19.00/bottle and if you would like to buy it by the case we will be offering it for $17.00. If you would like to try it before you buy it we will be pouring it as a feature for $12.00/glass.
